Dr. Prof. Keni’s strength lies in student engagement through the use of active and collaborative learning pedagogies. She is responsible for developing, facilitating and monitoring the students in the field of Rooms Division Management.

Chef. Ajitkumar Jadhav

Department: Food Production/ Bakery & Confectionary

He believes in perfection and it reflects in his work. Discipline and passion are two things he likes to inculcate in his students. Having spent good time into culinary field, he has expertise into main stream culinary as well as Bakery and Confectionary.

  • She is a dynamic hospitality professional and academician with extensive experience in luxury hotel operations and hospitality education, developing strong multitasking, organisational expertise, and a keen eye for service standards. Beyond academics, she contributes to institutional initiatives through event planning and coordination, while leveraging social media and video editing skills to enhance engagement. Her teaching emphasizes professionalism, adaptability, and practical excellence, preparing students to meet the evolving demands of the hospitality industry.
